I thought I was the only one who kept stuff like this, "just in case"!

I think the 'farmerlis' method just knocked the other method out of the race!!!

Geez Terry, now all you need is a king-size full table rotisserie so you can use the table as a weld positioner to weld all around that. Watch out for the legs at 180 degrees though...

Seriously... don't give these guys any ideas. I already bolt enough Chrome on for them now, old red above was in for new projector headlights and some other stuff at the time. It is an amazing old truck though. A 1986 that still cranks 300 miles a day. They also have another '86 running almost everyday too.

If it makes them happy. I get all their other work too, sometimes the chrome thing is fun on a slow day.

This stuff didnít quite make it to the scrap bin this morning. My tenant unloaded it right at the shop.

Which aisle is the check out lane for discount fixture table and do I need to bring my own trailer or are there any left at retirement bargain prices?

Started to go to Harbor Freight once, just couldn't force myself to turn into the parking lot, however if they had something even close to your new table I would be there in a heartbeat.

    Repurposing found objects [well] is - a deep a passion . . .

Pairs are desired - multiples, 4x 8x are rare - don't do any
    thing [non-reversible] to your score . . .

    This is a Public Art piece . . .conceive/construct - an 'Eight
    part Laconic Stanza'
    - for the sigh-ports, and activated by
    motion detectors . . .

The reason you weld well - is because you have antecedent
    facilities
    you should rediscover . . .

Re: Scrap metal art or projects

Next month I will be taking part in an art show promoting metal and glass works. They asked me to make up some pedestals or stands for some of my work. These are the first handful. The three on the right are aluminum. I will work on some raw steel pedestals over the next couple of days.

Damn Pat you sure do have a very creative imagination and talent for shaping steel into pieces of art. As always thanks for sharing your creativity.

Three more pedestals or sculpture bases are complete. These are raw steel.

Nice!!!! You could sell them as an 'art piece' just like that... call it 'Bar Graph' LOL!!!! some investor might buy it... and they could rearrange them to match the market

I was thinking the same about the aluminum ones. They could sell just as they are!
