Need to decide what replacement welder to get.
Well, my Weldanpower is about dead. It is about 30-35 years old and has been a good welder. Now I'm undecided on what to replace it with. I am thinking either a used SA-200, SA-250 or a new Ranger 250, Miller Bobcat 225 or 250.
I have always liked the auxiliary power but never really used it as much as I had thought. But the simplicity and longevity of the SA's is attractive.
I typically weld under 150 amps and not everyday so a rig that will last is more important than bells and whistles.
So chime in and give me your input on pros and cons.
