i have a millermatic 150 i picked up for 300.00 bucks , i was just wondering if any one knew what year it was and if it was a good welder in its day , and do they still make then in this configuration , size wise.

The year the welder was made is the first part of the serial number H is 1980 K is 1990 M is 2000
Second letter A =0, B=1, To K=9 i is not used.
Millermatic 150 is basically one of the smaller 230 volt millermatic in a larger case.
Welders made today, either have a small case or the roll arounds have more amps.
