    Oh the TUBING!!!!

Hey ladies and gents, I wanted to see what all your creative minds could come up with. I have a little over 700' of 2" square tubing I have accumulated. Mostly full sticks actually and I was wanting to see what I could make to earn some money that would sell quickly. I want to get rid of it. Like I said it's 2"x2"x 14 ga so all ideas are welcome!

Why not look at build custom utility trailer? Like ones for carrying canoes or kayaks with bike racks. That could be removed and just used has a utility trails too. Little 5 x 8s rated for about 2500lbs. should sale quick.

Yeah I second just selling it. I build cattle gates for holding pens out of 2x2 but I use 11 gauge. 14 gauge will work if not too wide of a gate, and cows not too wild. Mike

Make a stack of it in my yard. Then I will decide what I will do with it.

A lot of investment with no predetermined customers/market. 400' is a bunch of bunks and tables. Finished product storage and costs while you wait for customers to drop from heaven?

Sell the stuff outright if you need the space or just want to be rid of it. Too thin for ANY trailer work.

It's the labor and whatever materials you have to buy to make stuff that will spiral out of control. Advertise to sell it, but also mention in the add that custom fabrication is available at additional cost of time+materials.

I'll try too in a day or so. The gates are 7 bars horizontal 5 for from top to bottom. So when hung they are about 5 1/2 feet tall.. We have been using hwy guard rail for holding pens for about 30 years, but f your gate ain't as strong as the pen you don't have much of a pen. Mike
