You guys up in them overcrowded, cold, over taxed and over governed locations sure have nice selection of high quality used stuff you can buy cheap...Most folks I know here are welding on 2X4 wood sawhorses or dirt...the lucky ones weld on a flat concrete slab.....Even all my buds that make big bucks weld on itty bitty wood tables.

Hmmmm.... at 5' it won't fit down nicely between the wheel wells of a pickup either.... at a day and a half, it's closer than most of the stuff I find on here, but it will likely be sold before I have time to deal with it anyway.

thats a smokin deal, atleast $2000 below market value. The "top" is probably closer to 5-6" thick. I'd love to have that table. I just cant swing the shipping right now.

i'd love to have that platen table. shipping to either fla or nyc would be a deal killer and getting it down in my basement- forget it. i have enough trouble getting the argon cylinder up and down the stairs.
