    A curiosity I found-----

    ----- laying in the street while taking my walk. The threaded hole is 5/16" SAE thread. Never seen anything like it. Anyone have an idea what it is??

    You're both right!! I googled "footpeg #Y26T" and that's what I found on fleabay.
