Gouging rocks as does the machine when it works like it should. Connections are very finiky.

That setup was a bad Idea from the start..Called that one before it was even out..Standard gun works best on that machine..

I think you are right. Perhaps better suited for a permanent set up like for use on a cnc plasma table. Honestly though I love using it by hand though way more than I liked the PT31 torch on that green machine I had previously.

Which they don't make in the 180 degree torch layout.. So it makes no sense really. They say it was for ease/cost of replacement, but that never panned out because of cost of the cable/gun

Yeah those parts are way to expensive and almost seems like a purpose design flaw?

Having two guns does make it easy to swap between gouging and cutting etc etc and that design lends well to that idea if only the guts in the 1Torch ATC were better designed and more rugged.
