    play=work=play=work

    Hello to everyone in the group. My name is Matt and I stumbled tonto this group while searching for information on how to wire a welder that was previously powered by a gas engine/generator into standard service mains (see schematic below). I've been welding for over 20 years with varying levels of saturation in my profession depending what title I was employed under. I'm presently employed as a Field Service Tech, performing diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on mostly off highway construction equipment. Everything I can do today with the exception of reading, writing, and arithmetic, has been self taught. That said, I devote myself to learning the proper way to do things. If a service manual is available I want to have it, and rest assured if given access to the proper documentation, tools, and practice there's nothing I believe is outside my range of capabilities. I enjoy working with other men and women who challenge me, and my thirst for more knowledge is what has brought me here, to your group, today. Thanks for having me.schem186.pdf
