hobart titan 8 help

hi i just picked up a hobart titan 8. it is missing a piece in front of the generator. i think it is the diodes or rectifier but im not sure and cannot find much info on this machine. if anyone has wiring diagrams or parts break down or just pics of what should be there that would help.
i posted this over on the hobart thread but got no response except that someone said i should post it over here in the miller section.

It's just bent aluminum heat sink, I think it's to cool the voltage flow off of the capacitors.
