Miller Maxstar 200 help code 5

I was starting a side job this past weekend and my maxstar quit welding and threw a hlp5 code. I noticed that the welder was hot and the fan was not on anyone know where I should start to try and fix it, also right before it threw the code i was adjusting the dig and it wouldnt go back to the amp function nor any of the other buttons were working

What does hlp5 reference to in the machines manual ?

I believe it's an over temp code, I was wondering with my list of symptoms if there is a specific remedy

Manual states its an over temp of the top heatsink bank. Could be non working fan/ thermal control issues. I would start there using an ir thermometer.
