DEKO PRO stick welder - anyone have one? DEKOPRO

I found DEKOPRO igbt stick welder on Amazon. Anyone have one? Does it hold a stable arc on not so perfectly clean steel? Any comments from users would be appreciated. I'm looking for a portable machine for intermittent use with good arc characteristics.

Buy something good then, instead of an amazon chinese special... you know, Miller, Lincoln, Kemppi, Esab, etc...
