    Hey Farmersammm

I think that Allis has a future!! Supposedly this guy builds animal sculptures using old farm equipment.

That's probably one of the best I've seen. It's cohesive...…..doesn't look like it's just thrown together.

i agree. i work for a guy that spends millions on sculpture art (bases, platforms, installs). allot i believe is only rented from museums. i'm definitely emailing him this guys work. he was offended when i referred to his metal piece art as 'junk art' but it seriously looked like scrapper garbage next to the other stuff he displays. this guy is next level

I tend to criticize the scrap art. I know it's not really nice, but I gotta say what I see.

This stuff is true art, in the sense of creating a piece that mirrors what actually exists...…….A HORSE.

Only when you look closely, does the panoply of disparate objects become apparent (That's artzy fartzy Artistic Speak) It has shape, and it has form...….your eye isn't immediately drawn to the harrow discs used for wide expanses of "fill". You're amazed when you distill the parts from the whole...…...Wow, That's a harrow disc. It's an ice cream sundae for your senses.

You're experiencing the joy felt by a truffle dog, when its nose distinguishes the magic fungus from decayed tree bark. Pure canine bliss, untrammeled by human desires to distill everything into meaningless words.

I went to college with John Lopez in South Dakota, I helped him with some bronze sculpture work he was doing then. He has come a long way!

God, that's a dated photo. A film processing place, with a pay phone on the wall next to it All technologies long gone.
