Hey guys. I have the motor pulled out of my big 40 to freshen it up. What do I need to check on the rotor and stator before I reassemble it? It didnt generate when I got it, however the brushes were trash.

well you may know your $/situation whats best for yourself, but my experiance w/ big 20's and big 40"s, is they go bad often in the gen end. must be a bunch of junk in there/bad engineering or something.
