    Invertec V311-T

I just picked up a Lincoln Invertec V311-T tig welder, water cooler, cart and all. I cant find too much info on this machine tho....I have the manual and know how to use it....i just cant seem to get any reviews anywhere on it......from what ive been told Lincoln discontinued it shortly after they started selling them.....and they might have been made in Italy maybe ??? Anyone have experience with this machine?

If the serial number starts with I. It was made in Italy by a company that is now closed. Only some of what they made for Lincoln was moved to the plant in Poland.
Looked at the owner's manual. Appears to be a straight forward high end tig welder.
The sequencer may be getting you confused. In 2T trigger the welder should operate with remote control. In 4T the sequencer is in play, and you only need a start stop switch. Tap switch to start the weld. Hot or cold start depends on how you set it up.
Then goes to preset weld amps by its self. when weld bead is complete tap switch again to start crater fill sequence.
to set you should be able to move a marker light around the display to set the time or amp levels for each part of the sequence.
If you have problems setting it up call Lincoln tech support someone there will walk you through it.
