I'm going to say no you can't. You could probably run a voltage sensing feeder off it though.

Most wire feeders are 24 volt, and 42 volt.. Older ones were 120 volts.. The 252 is a cc only machine, and it will take a LN-25 type voltage sensing feeder to run of the stick mode in DC output..No CV output from the power supply.The Digipulse is for a CV power supply.

The digipulse wire feeder is a microprocessor controlled feeder and it will control the SVI 450i welder. ESAB or L-Tec and allows for pulse welding. In its day it built a lot of car frames.
The heliarc 252 Is a TIG / stick welder. The two can not be adapted together and work.
