    Invertig 221 Sold Out...?

I’m going to place an email in via HTPs email address; however - I figured I’d ask here too.

HTPs website lists nearly all of their TIG welders as “sold out”, with no information on when they’ll be re-stocked.

Does anyone have any additional info on when they might be receiving new stock?

    Thanks!

With everything shut down or slowed down due the the virus in Italy orders are back ordered and will take some time getting filled. My orders are about a 2 months delay.

Best thing I can say if you really want one then contact them and see if they have a waiting list and get on it.

Best to call them. Sometimes the HNIC answers, sometimes the other crew. Either way, you'll get an answer.

This was my assumption for the delay, but I figured I’d check here as well.

    Thanks!

I had to wait a bit for mine last year, but am glad I did. Very happy so far. And glad I didn't spend more for a lincoln or miller that isn't made in the USA like they used to be. Just my two cents, Your mileage may vary.

When I talked with the owner last week, he was expecting units in March/April. I will be listing mine as soon as my 313 arrives this coming week.

Placed an order for a 221 Invertig /Arctic Chill Cooler.

Thus far their customer support has been fantastic.

You have probably already gotten an answer by now but for everyone else, the SV Air cooled Invertig 221's are in stock now. The water coolers are expected to be in stock in May but if you water a water cooled set up contact us becuase we have a couple options for you. The DV Invertig 221's are expected to be in stock in April along with the Pro Pulse 220 MTS. We do have waitlists for everything so make sure you get on that if you would like to be notified about a machine.

Production is behind right now and manufacturers cannot get parts which is why delays are crazy. Most people don't mind waiting for their Italian Stallion though

My stable is full.....unless y'all bring in something more powerful that what I already have..... Maybe a 3-Φ 100A plasma cutter? That would plug nicely into a voltage up-converter that would plug into my phase converter

An update.. love the machine so far.

    Awesome customer service.

Still have a long ways to go, but it’s a start.

Third or so aluminum tig bead; and a chain guard, and water tank cap that I fabricated today. I know... the ends of the bead are totally blown out.. foot slipped on the pedal!

Glad to hear you like the machine and I trust it was worth the wait. Sorry it took so long to get it to you.

    Jeff -

    No apologies needed at all.

From the time I ordered, to when it showed up - (IN ALAKSA!) - was 5 days.

    That’s fantastic.

Customer service can't be beaten. I emailed a request for a phone call on Monday on a Friday night. Jeff Noland (the owner) called me within thirty minutes. Now that is service.
