    Austin Surplus Industrial

Anyone ever heard of this company? Looks like they buy surplus inventory & resell it. They have an Ebay store that I bought a spherical bearing from & I was going through receipts & they sent a flyer with the invoice. I checked their website, asisurplus.com & they have a bunch of off brand/obsolete cutting torch tips for Harris, aircoconcoa, & oxweld products. They also have some rolls of mig wire, gloves, etc.

Seems like every outfit has some type of angle to separate a person from their $$. Doesn't seem to matter if it's eBay or an actual store as a seller. Almost always if it seems like a smoking deal there is always a catch

The bearing I ordered was through Amazon - not Ebay (my mistake above).

Might check through there to get free shipping. https://www.amazon.com/s?i=merchant-...98&ref=sr_pg_1

Or maybe not = they want $18.00 each through there. Oh well thought it might help someone out....

I bought some double row high precision bearings for a piece of equipment from them years ago. It was new old stock and I saved around 50% compared with new new stock.

It was a good experience and I would buy from them again.
