Canadian federal corporation independent welding contractor .. a few questions

Hello there, I have a few questions regarding welding subcontracting in Canada

    company -
    - federal numbered corporation
    - no trucks, no shops, no equipment
    - independently contracted for short term industrial contracts across the country (3 weeks- 5 weeks)
(I pay my own flights, accommodations, rental vehicle and work on their site, their tools, their schedule to help finish up contracts not as an employee but subcontractor)

    1) would my numbered company need to be CWB W47.1 certified to do structural subcontracts? or would personal cwb certifications be enough to be subcontracted (ASME IX pressure code to do pressure work?)
    2) as a Welder, did you NEED a contracting license to be a subcontractor across Canada? (I don't see it here on this website https://trustedpros.ca/license-requirements)
    3) any suggestion on insurance requirements for my business idea? General Liability 2million or another umbrella custom insurance package?

a few questions that are on my mind at the moment, feel free to voice your thoughts or opinions.. ty much

Some times you find retired contractor that let work under his license.
I have use where I live for electric work. The contractor did know me. But did for others too yes there was a fee.
