Hello I'm mostly here for advice from more experienced people. I'm new to tig welding and will be mostly using it for modding my truck for off-road. I.e bumpers and skidplates. I have used a old Lincoln Electric smaw when I was a kid on the farm.
I'm purchasing a primeweld ct520dp for the plasma cutter, smaw, and tig! I already have a 200 cuft argon tank I got for $120. I don't have millermatic money. I will mostly be welding 1/4 steel with multiple passes to ensure structural integrity.
