Welding spark caused explosion

Don’t post much but this one happened 3 blocks from my house. I was outside when it happened. Had no idea what it was. Not too long after heard lots of sirens.

Other articles say house has structural damage. One said he was found in the driveway after the blast.

Any one weldingon tanks need to know the safety of welding on tanks.
