    Titanium tig 200 reviews??July 2021

Has anyone bought and used the new titanium tig 200. Been looking at it. I'm a small time automotive fabricator. And been wanting to get my hands on a tig welder to be able to have the option of welding aluminum. I've been welding and fabricating for 6 years now. So I ain't no stranger to this. I want to get a dedicated machine. I have had a titanium mig 120 for the past 3 years. And it's been great. It has it limits. The thickest I have welded is 1/4 inch. Did it twice. Had to bevel and pre heat. But it did it alright. Mostly do 1/8th and 3/16 mild steel. The tig will mostly so sheet steel and aluminum. Maybe 1/8th inch at the thickest. Wanted to see if it's work a little under a grand.

I would check out the primeweld 225. More features, better torch and pedal, more amps, better price and a proven machine.

I've been using the Titanium 200 for about a year now. So far it has been reliable. I've used all 3 modes on it MIG, TIG and Stick and everything worked well. I did finally purchase an Everlast 185 so that I can do Aluminum. Love both machines.
