    Miller cst 250 wiring

Just bought a used miller CST 250. It came with four prong cord but had 3 prong plug. The wires used were white, black, and green. Im confused as to the correct wiring inside the welder. It seems as though the previous owner used the white neutral in place of the red hot. What do i do here

theres no common here. black and white are for hot in single phase, leave the red out. add the red as a hot for thee phase only. green is ground
