    The "Slider" control

    I recently added the slider, its a game changer for aluminum mig on the 220.

    I see some videos where its mounted way forward on the gun, strapped the chrome barrel, which didn't work for me. I moved it back, put it in the other hand etc. So far the best is cocking it to the left (right handed) close to the trigger.

    Triple velcro straps from the big box store. (removed the stock ones.)



    They keep it very rigid in place, but I can still rotate it a little bit Left ↔ Right if I need to.
    1st on WeldingWeb to have a scrolling sig!
