Help me choose a GUILLOTINE tool

I'm wanting to buy a guillotine tool that has a large selection of dies. I would like something similar to the one pictured below because you can place stock in the front or side. Who sells something similar to this and has a good selection of dies? Thank you.

Maybe i could make one similar. I just wonder what the steel would cost and if it would be better to buy one. Of course i like making my own tools so that's a consideration.

Maybe you're right. It would be fun to build one.

Yes if fun save money and mores tools.

I started with model airplanes drawing for plans from magazine about age 12

So apply this to tools for metal work if had a photo I make set of drawings.
FYI you do not need a full set of drawings, just sketch it faster.

How do you keep guillotine tool dies from losing their temper while forging hot steel? Do you just not worry about it?

Keep the tools cool air or mist.
If sticks use sawdust on part or die.

    You wouldn't use hardened steel.

As long as you are using it on red hot steel, it will move.

I use A36 steel for forming dies.
Press brake dies use 1060 no harding or you can not have re-done or re-shappen.
Harden die are to hard to re-sharpen.

Shear blades are rock hard and cost more.
