    Hog Sign

My step son got a price for a metal sign to go in his gym, House of Gainz and it was thousands so he asked me if I could do it. Not easy but it came out pretty good. It is supposed to have an orange back ground and be lit up. I used some RGB lights to get the lit up, orange back ground. Going to hang it next week and I'll get pics then of it's final resting place.

Nice work! How many inches of spray foam do you have on that ceiling, is it closed cell and any regrets about it?

I paid for 4" at a dollar a square foot but I swear the guy put as much as 8" in places. He also did my well house and I have an 8' dia. plastic tank in one corner. He completely filled the corner behind the tank with foam. He did me right for sure.

    I have no complaints.

I had it cut at a place with a cnc plasma. It seemed a little high to me. Cost $595.

To give you a little insight into the pricing of CNC Plasma cutting. The CAM software I use will calculate how many times the torch fires and how many inches is actually cut, things that contribute to the cost, add material, clean up and consumables for the total.

bob, i think the inner cirlcle background wall paint, needs to be diff, than rest of wall. white would reflect the purple light more, but would bury the teeth

We actually talked about that but the decision was made not to do it. I also think it would have made the back ground stand out in the lights better.
