My own fault for buying a big *** box of them off eBay. The adhesive bond let's go on them.

I had some 3" ones come unglued. I used por 15 to re-glue them in a jig I have to keep band saw blades aligned for silver soldering. It worked okay.

Isn't that a rust encapsulator? Works okay as an adhesive?

Yup. In that application. Once it is cured it is nearly impossible to get it off anything including your hands. I also used it to seal the holes in an oil pan that was rusted though. Not big holes just pin holes. It worked okay for that too for a while.
