Millermatic 130 Autoarc (wire feed and fan motor sudden stop)

I have a 1983 Millermatic 130 autoarc. Picked up from a friend that ran an auto body shop. One day while welding it stopped. No wire feed, no fan, gas valve no clicking…. I know some of you guys are always up for a challenge. Any ideas? CR1 is brand new.

See above... Is the power light on? If so I would start with gun or TP3 or CR3 or the Pulse Board below (PC3).

I have power light on. I can only get fan to turn on when switched into pulse mode. Each time you press trigger switch you get a buzz sound on CR1 and all three relays on the the Dual Timer circuit card (CR52, CR51, & CR50). TP3 wires unhooked and together same condition.
