    Does anyone have any firsthand info on this machine? Good or bad.

    I have amco mig-200 for year or so, nice welder ~~no problems, worth every penny!

    Looks good the one I look at had 120/240 volt.
    Note I would only use 0.030" [0.8mm] wire size on small welders.

    You can come by 240 volts from your dryer plug.

    I bought one in December. I like it.

    Here's a thread I posted on WeldingSite. My recent post shows a test of welding then bending 1/8" material. It did a nice job. The welds were solid after bending the material 90 degrees.
    * Amico MIG-130A Flux, Dual Voltage. Truly portable!
    * HF MIG-180 with all the mods. Heavy.
    * Grizzly H8153 Stick/Tig 130/160.
    * Wards PowrKraft AC-230. Stick & carbon arc.
