Re: Lifting a 300CF bottle
Putting them in the bed of a pickup is easy. Lifting them 14" off the ground onto a truck is a pain at my age. I can lift the Acetylene tank by the cap easy, but that dam oxygen tank sucks. I've changed that Oxy tank as many as 3 times in a day.

Re: Lifting a 300CF bottle
Here is a pic of the Warn winch I also use to change out my tank. Coincidently when I park My Oxy tank is right under it.
PS. I should mention that the 4x6 you see in the pic is just held in place by straps. When using my chain fall lifting something heavy I wedge a couple 6x6's vertically under either end of the 4x6.

I'm fortunate. I can stick with smaller bottles

Re: Lifting a 300CF bottle
I have gone through 4 or more bottles of 337cf of oxygen a day cutting .
The bottles weight was 250 pounds each.
In retirement I switched to 80's and 120's sizes. A lot better size for home shop use.
