The issue is that only mid level equip can be bought off hours. Hit a HF or farm store for amid level equip.

That isn't a valid buying concern.

It's not like you wish to purchase a "high end" machine but pick up a "mid level " machine instead because you cant wait until Monday.

My first mig welder was a Century, I had it in a shop a few times which I had to foot the bill. I got rid of it after a few years. I currenty own 3 Hobart mig welders and have never had a problem with any of the three of them.
