    I love welding

I have always been a car nut.

I learned to weld in college, and my favorite process was always Aluminum TIG.

Fast forward 20 years and I finally got my own "real" welding equipment a few years ago when I started my drag truck project. I've been relearning ever since.

I currently own the following rigs:

    AlphaTig 200
    Eastwood Mig 135
    Eastwood VersaCut 20 Plasma Cutter

And I just recently bought at auction a Miller Synchrowave 300 with water cooling and a Miller SpoolMatic 30A. I realized that I do not have the space or need for such a powerful welder, so it's for sale.

I am here to keep refining my skills and learning from the pros.

    Thanks for having me!

I know posting a picture of welds is bound to draw criticism, but I'll do it anyway. These are some of my first welds after 20+ years without welding... Yes, I know some of them are very sloppy, and will possibly fail, but if it happens, I'll build it better next time!

Those welds look great for the intended purpose.
Some people spend exorbitant amount of time making beautiful welds,, others create welds that "fit the need"

Welcome to the forum,, no criticism from me!!

Welcome. The only thing I'd recommend is to practice on scrap first before doing a job that you'll have to look at for a long time.

The same advice would apply when looking for a wife.
