Miller 251 not getting gas

I have a 04 Miller 251 that’s not getting gas past 20 cfh. Before 20cfh the solenoid works. But past 20cfh it quits. I’ve replaced ( solenoid, liner, regulator) I’ve checked all the hoses. Until I tested the wires that run to the solenoid. There getting 16.4v I’m lost as to what my next steps should be. Do I get a new circuit board?

It could the solenoid or the PC board.
Need to check out solenoid to see if working

The solenoid does work but only up till 20 CFH

I did check the voltage to the solenoid it’s not getting 34 V it’s getting 16.4. When I checked the two wires that go to the solenoid without the solenoid connected and those are only getting 16 V or so would that mean I need a new PC board

I suggest a call to Miller Customer Service in the morning and see if they can walk you through troubleshooting the unit.
