Is there a burn back setting, arc force settings on this machine or did they take that away? I found post and preflow settings and inductance.

They are hidden/not available if you are in accu-set mode. Accuset gives you the factory default for all settings except arc length in pulse mode. You can only adjust these settings if you go into manual mode. Once in manual mode, push the "setup" button on the lower left hand portion of the screen and you can then change pre flow, post flow, run-in, fastac, crater, spot, stitch, inductance and in pulse mode this is where you adjust the "arc control"

The "prog" button allows you to save all these settings to memory so the next time you do the same type of work you don't have to sort through all the menus to set it up.

Pulse welding the same material..same wire, same gas. Arc control set to 40, arc length at the default of 50, 270 ipm
