Open circuit voltage on converted Miller CP200

Anyone know what the open circuit voltage should be on a converted Miller cp200 at both the lowest setting and the highest setting anyone know what's normal after the conversion is complete.
I'm getting 35 OCV at the low end and 52 OCv at the high end.
Can't Seem to get it to agree with the scale on the front panel.

    That sounds about right
I had new CP 750 in 1979 and remembered the sales data for your welder.
The 750 was 80 ovc and 300 I think was around 50 ovc.
