    Pipe Pro 400

    Time for a new machine.
325 EFI was great but I was pushing it to the max sometimes when it comes to repair work.
I’m buying a brand new machine. (Personally I never have luck buying used and I hate tinkering on **** that should work. On top of hoping I didn’t buy something that was ran hard and never maintained.)

What I want to know. On the Pipe Pro is there a preference on the Cat vs Mitsubishi motors?
A few years ago the cat had issues because it never really ran hard mostly idling. It was causing the motor to shut down.
I’ve been away a few years. Have they fixed that issue.
If you honestly know. What motor would you prefer.

    Thanks

    Galen

I would do some real research there. I don't know about the Miller welder, but I have worked on smaller Cat equipment. The Mini excavators used a rebranded Mitsubishi engine, Their Telehandlers use a rebranded Perkins engine. I myself would pick the Mitsu over the "Perkapillar". JMO.
