Zigzag Wire (wave wire, wiggle wire)

I’m trying to find a place to purchase zigzag wire made from 1/4 steel rod. The closest thing I’ve found is wavey wire that is used in the auto body industry but I’ve only found smaller sizes of that. I’m hoping I’m just calling by the wrong name. The zigzag wire is used on trampoline frames for attaching springs. I’ve also seen it used on trailers for use with tie downs or bungee cords.
Any help in finding a source for this is greatly appreciated.

One of the products used in the greenhouse industry to attach plastic sheeting to frames uses wiggle wire compressed into a channel. Not sure if this is heavy enough for your needs. Often referred to as wiggle wire, one of the trade names is "Wire-Lock", another is "Zig-Zag" wire, and I've seen it sold as "spring wire".

7-8g for that trampoline - whata joke. half of it must be to make $, other half for liabilty/litigation costs. no wonder u dont see diving boards and trampolines no more

Check with an industrial co that supplies screen cloth for aggregate plants. They come with a lot of wire gauge sizes and mesh openings from 1/8" to 4".
