Dinse 35 for Powermax 30?

I'd like to share a common work lead/clamp between my two welders and plasma to minimize the number of cables on the carts and also upgrade to a larger AWG. The Powermax came hard wired with a fairly small work lead. Has anyone added a panel mounted Dinse 35 to where the strain relief grommet is located, or is it better to pigtail out to a female Dinse and hook into that?

Panel mount is always my first choice but I suppose it depends how involved it is to do on the Hypertherm.

On another note I upgraded my work leads to awg6 on my under 50 amp plasma cutters. I hated that inflexible chicken wire they put on machines.

Edit. Here’s a pic of the awg6 upgrade

and here it is integrated with the torch leads using spiral wrap hydraulic hose protector.
