Wow Pop glad you have found something that gives you some relief. Doctor has me using a compound medication with all kinds of different stuff to use as a topical treatment. Has ketoprofen, cyclobenzaprine HCI, lidocaine, prilocaine, gabapentin, .. it does help with the arthritis my shoulders, knees, wrist, hips, back. Do apply it several times a day. If I have missed spelled any of this stuff it’s ok
Is this an available pharmacy product or is it compounded for you by a Pharmacy? What is it called, or do you know? If I can find out what it's called I'll hit my pain management doc for a script unless it's OTC. Friend got me some capsules from Mexico that has cyclobenzaprine as one of the ingredients, IIRC. He said they helped him a lot but I didn't notice much relief, but maybe because I didn't have enough to take a continuous pharmaceutical dose.

You have to have a script for your pain management doctor should know all about it.

Have a love hate relationship with rainy days
I'll check with him, maybe he can help.

I had bouts with gout when I turned 50. Technically it is “gouty arthritis “

I’ve been taking 300mg Allopurinol a day for a dozen years now with no issues and no arthritis which my father suffered with.
I thought I had problems with arthritis but in reality the doctor said it's early onset rigor mortis.
