Electrode Holder "Holder" for Welding Table

I'm browsing through various plans in order to build a small welding table. Since I have a stick welder (Miller Thunderbolt), I'd like to add a hook or holder for my electrode holder that would keep it from shorting against the table or legs. It would be really nice if it could hold it in a position that would let me temporarily leave the electrode in it (say if I needed to put the electrode holder down for a minute while welding).

What do you stick welders around here use on your tables for hanging up your electrode holder?

Thanks for your suggestions.

If you'd like a shorter name for the "electrode holder", ever since I've been welding, which is quite a few yrs, we call it a "stinger".

Thanks, and I bet I would have better results searching for "stinger holder". But the holder "holder" bit, with the quotes, was amusing to write, at least.

A piece of pipe tacked vertical works fine.
Yes, I could hook the "thumb release" part of the stinger, for lack of a better description, in the pipe, with the main handle portion outside. Or maybe I could cut a slit along the side of it to pass the cable through, then I could drop the handle in it.

Thanks for the suggestion.
