linde 250 hf

i have a chance to buy a linde 250 hf. I dont know anything about it, mainley if it is a sine wave or a square wave, has torch, pedal, and regulator. no cooler. they are asking 800.00
seems a little steep for a machine that the company is out of buisseness. any thoughts would be helpfull.

thanks for the reply. i'm going to look at it again tonight get serial # . and give it a real once over, there is even rumor I might be able to take it home and give it a run before commiting. I just wanted to make sure it was a square wave machine. not to worried about no cooler, I have a floor drain and a hose!:p
