You are at school 6 hrs already. Be different if you had work to get done. In today's world can near work out of the trunk with modern tools.
He was in 2013.... kinda hoping he's graduated by now...

I do all my welding outside all my life.

If trying to open shop do portable welding. Trying a shop is costly and lots of red tape. A good pickup is great shop any where go is your shop and someone else pays for site. You just need tools on truck.
Typically the customer like seeing do work at his location. They watch you for less 10 minutes and leave you for rest of day.

Hey guys this is my first post. Been lurking for about 6 months or so. I am taking welding classes at a local Tech school. I've definitely picked up the welding bug and really enjoy it. However, I don't have anywhere to weld outside of school. My school is 8am-2pm so it leaves me with a lot of extra time I could be welding.

Anyways, what are some of my options on places i could weld at? Someone in class mentioned welding in one of those rented storage units, not too sure about that though. Are there like 500 sq feet shops i could rent?

Any thoughts or idea?

Thanks!
Nick
