Oh my gracious.

Does this mean that ol Luggy has been caught in another lie.

That could NEVER happen could it?

It would seem that our "Import Sponsors" never learned....

You can fool SOME of the people all the time. You can fool ALL the people some of the time. But you can't fool ALL the people ALL the time.

There again, THE TRUTH has never been one of their strong points.

I wouldn't jump so fast to point fingers and call names if I were you.. You know what that will get you, being you think you know everything ..

I went and posted the question on Thermaldyne's forum and the admin replied, and I quote "The 181i machines are manufactured in China. The 252i machines are manufactured in New Hampshire. "..
link to thread: http://www.thermadyne.com/Shop Talk/Thermal Arc/Forum/index.php?/topic/3-181i-and-252i/

I have also asked Thermaldyne/Admin if it was mainland China or Taiwan, no response as of yet, as I just posted the question tonight. The reason I asked was, I had asked Lugweld the same thing, He told me mainland China as well.. I simply want to find out where the things are made.. I am rather glad to see the 252i is made in new hampshire, makes it a very attractive machine.. I wish I could find out where the 210i is being manufactured, I would like one to replace my lincoln 180c..

To further my interest, As of the middle of last year a Sanrex tech rep. from New York told me that Sanrex built a new facility in Sansha, Taiwan (offshore China) to manufacture several models of tig welders and these new multipurpose mig machines specifically. This is when he told me to keep an eye on thermal arc as they were going to introduce these machines later in the year and spring of 2012..

I posted the questions on Thermaldynes forum, so I am asking through posts on their forum, and it is an admin replying, so I cant verify if the admin knows what hes talking about or not, seems he might though...
