I've got a 1982 green light sa200 that's been a project for the last year or so.I'll give a run down of what's been done and where its at now. When I first got it first things first I made sure it would run.It did but was rough and needed the usual carb rebuild, fuel tank douche, new plugs, etc etc. I replaced the solenoid and Pc idle board with parts from welder parts warehouse. Fast forward, I got the machine running and don't have power at the receptacle but(good news)it does weld and welds well at that. Not sure why I have no power at the receptacle, hopefully someone will chime in on a likely culprit. I rewired the machine as most of the existing wiring was marginal at best and basically just pulled one wire at a time and replaced. Problem now is I can't get the Pc board to work right.I have no power to it according to the 12 volt led light on it.I even ran some jumper test wires straight off the positive and negative battery post and still no light.Has anyone had a bad board from them? I was careful to get mounting stud area down to bare metal etc etc. Aside from that it should power up straight off the battery. I'm stumped, all suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
